Quick Answers
Common questions before you pick up the phone.
-
What counts as an emergency?
Anything actively causing damage: a burst pipe, a flooded floor, no heating in winter, a gas smell, or sewage backing up. If in doubt, call — we'll triage on the phone and tell you whether it can wait.
-
What areas do you cover?
Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Shoreham, Lewes, and surrounding villages. For emergencies we'll travel further; for planned work we usually keep it within 10 miles of the office.
-
Do I need to be home for a quote?
For most jobs, yes — we want to see the layout and existing pipework. Quotes themselves are free, and we don't pressure you to book on the spot.
